Front Office Receptionist with Growth Opportunity Alabama Dental Sleep and Wellness | Hoover, AL If you are the kind of person who notices what needs to be done… and just handles it… keep reading. Alabama Dental Sleep and Wellness is a modern, growing practice in Hoover focused on sleep dentistry and whole-body wellness. This is not a traditional dental office. As a growing sleep and wellness practice, we are looking for someone who takes initiative, adapts easily, and wants to be part of a team that is building something exceptional. We are looking for a full-time Front Office Receptionist who takes pride in being reliable, professional, and part of something that is growing quickly and intentionally. Position Details Full-time, 32 to 40 hours per week Monday through Thursday: 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM 1 to 2 Fridays per month: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Compensation: $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience Paid holidays and earned vacation What You’ll Do • Answer phones with professionalism, warmth, and confidence • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently • Collect and post payments Oversee and operate electronic communication platform Verify Medical Benefits Call Medical Offices to obtain clinical notes and sleep studies • Help keep the day flowing smoothly for patients and the team • Opportunity for cross-training into back office or clinical support for the right person What Sets This Opportunity Apart This is a startup practice that is growing fast, which means your role can grow with it.
