Excel Dental Care is looking for a reliable, team-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our office. Our small, privately owned, one doctor Hermitage practice has a close-knit team. We take pride in running an efficient, collaborative, patient-focused practice where everyone contributes and supports each other to best take care of our patients. Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What We’re Looking For: Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Tennessee Local Anesthesia Certification Preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Team player – willing to jump in and help when needed Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude Someone who takes initiative and stays productive throughout the day Responsibilities: Perform routine hygiene procedures (prophys, SRP, periodontal maintenance) Take digital X-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment needs Maintain accurate clinical notes What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) PTO Annual Bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $39 to $44 Hourly Depending On Experience License/Certification: Dental Hygienist license (Required) Work Location: In person
