Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care including: Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges) Diagnosis and treatment planning Preventive care and patient education Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with hygiene and clinical team to ensure continuity of care Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment options and financial considerations Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive office culture Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license (in good standing) Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to continuing education and professional growth Preferred (but not required) Experience with implants, oral surgery, or sedation dentistry Familiarity with digital dentistry and modern practice management software Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation (percentage of production or daily guarantee) Established patient base CE opportunities and mentorship available Flexible schedule options Supportive, experienced team
