We are seeking a compassionate, warm, and patient-focused Full-Time or Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play a key role in promoting oral health and supporting overall patient wellness. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Performing thorough dental cleanings • Conducting patient assessments, charting, and documenting clinical findings • Taking digital radiographs • Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative care • Utilize iTero 3D scanner for digital impressions and to enhance patient education and case acceptance • Assisting in diagnosing and treatment planning alongside the dentist • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records using Open Dental software • Ensuring compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols • Providing a comfortable, caring, and professional patient experience Qualifications: • Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate, friendly, and patient-centered approach • Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude • Ability to work effectively in a supportive, team-based environment • Professional and dependable • Growth-minded and open to feedback Schedule: • Monday – Thursday • 7:40 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM (patients scheduled 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) • 1 hour lunch • Full-time, 4-day work week • No evenings or weekends We are looking for someone who truly enjoys connecting with patients and making a difference in their oral health journey.
