Front Office Coordinator (Leadership Role | Fee-for-Service Practice) We are not looking for a traditional “front desk” team member. We are looking for someone who knows how to own the patient experience, lead the flow of the day, and communicate with clarity and confidence. This is a leadership position at the front of our practice—ideal for someone who is ready to step out of task-based work and into a role where their impact truly matters. If you’ve ever felt underutilized in a typical front office role… this is your opportunity to step into something more. 🔹 What You’ll Do Deliver a high-level, concierge-style patient experience from first contact to follow-up Own and optimize the schedule for productivity and flow (no “filling holes” mindset) Lead patient communication with clarity, warmth, and professionalism Confidently discuss treatment plans and financial options Educate patients in an out-of-network, fee-for-service model Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep the day running smoothly 🔹 What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) A well-managed, productive schedule with minimal last-minute gaps Clear financial conversations with little to no patient confusion Strong new patient experience and retention A calm, organized front office that supports the entire team 🔹 What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills—you genuinely enjoy connecting with people Previous dental front office experience (fee-for-service preferred) Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements Working knowledge of insurance verification and coordination Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities A leadership mindset—you take ownership, anticipate needs, and elevate those around you This role is not ideal for someone who prefers strictly task-based work or needs constant direction. 🔹 Who You Are You are more than a scheduler—you are a relationship builder, problem solver, and patient advocate.
