Associate Dentist Opportunity – Join Our Growing, Family-Owned Practice We’re looking for an associate dentist to join our team, and more than anything, we’re hoping to find the right fit—someone who wants to grow, enjoys connecting with patients, and values being part of a strong, supportive team. We are a family-owned, private practice, and that really shapes everything we do. There’s no corporate pressure or quotas—we focus on taking great care of patients, and the growth has followed. Right now, we’re seeing 65+ new patients a month, so there is plenty of opportunity to stay busy and build a solid patient base quickly. Our office is: - 8 operatories (4 doctor rooms, 4 hygiene rooms) - Supported by a strong, experienced clinical team - Equipped with advanced technology and continuously evolving - Focused on high-quality, ethical dentistry—not volume-driven care A few things that make our office a great place to work: - We have a ton of endo and surgical opportunity for anyone who enjoys that side of dentistry or wants to grow in it - Our hygiene team is incredible—two of our hygienists are anesthetic certified, so you won’t be getting pulled out of treatment to numb for SRPs - We’re a close-knit, family-oriented team that truly enjoys working together - We’ve built strong systems and a steady flow of patients, so your schedule stays productive without feeling chaotic We’re looking for someone who: - Wants to continue growing clinically - Builds strong relationships with patients and the team - Takes pride in doing quality, ethical dentistry - Is looking for a long-term home, not just their next job - You’ll have the autonomy to practice the way you’re comfortable, the support when you want it, and the patient flow to keep you as busy as you’d like.
