What You'll Do You'll work alongside Dr. Abazid, running two columns with a dedicated assistant so you can focus on what you do best: delivering thorough, anxiety-free care and educating patients on the treatments that will keep them smiling for life. Provide preventive cleanings and periodontal maintenance Identify and present same-day treatment opportunities with confidence and compassion Partner with our clinical team to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes Build trusted relationships with patients of all ages Who You Are Open, positive, and flexible -you bring great energy to every appointment Treatment-focused -you naturally see opportunities to help patients improve their oral health and feel confident presenting them Comfortable with same-day treatment workflows A team player who thrives with assisted hygiene Active Texas RDH license What We Offer Incentive pay model - our hygienists consistently earn well above base hourly through treatment-based incentives.
