Description

We are looking for an experienced front desk scheduler (Dentrix is our dental software) for a busy cosmetic office who is preferably cross trained to assist Dr. when needed. This position's hours will be 4 days/week, according to our rotating schedule. We see patients Tuesday-Thursday, 7am-7pm, and the 3rd week of the month, Monday-Wednesday, 7am-7pm. Candidate will be here during our normally scheduled days, and Monday, 9am-12pm (on the weeks we are here Tues-Thurs), or Thurs, 9am-12pm (on the week we are here Mon-Weds). 40 hrs a week total over 3.25 days. Must be able to multi task and be solutions oriented, friendly, keep a professional appearance and demeanor and a team player. Pay based on previous dental experience
