Cross-Trained Dental Assistant Dental Position We are a laid-back, patient-focused single doctor dental office seeking a dependable and motivated Hybrid Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in both the front office and clinical setting and enjoys being part of a small, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in helping an office run smoothly. Office Hours Monday-Wednesday 8:45am-5pm lunch 1-2pm Thursday 8:45am- 3pm Friday-Closed Interested candidates may send resumes to [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info] For additional information, please contact Jamie at [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info] Responsibilities Include: *Chairside assisting during dental procedures *Processing and developing conventional dental X-rays *Sterilization and room turnover *Assisting with patient flow and maintaining schedule efficiency *Answering phones and scheduling appointments *Patient check-in/check-out *Insurance verification and basic front office duties *Helping wherever needed to support the team and patient experience Qualifications: *Dental assistant /front office 4 years+ experience. *Must be comfortable working both front and back office *Experience with conventional X-rays preferred *Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix experience is a plus) *Strong communication and multitasking skills *Reliable, organized, and team-oriented *Positive attitude with willingness to learn
