Our growing dental office in Keller is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to become part of our team. We are a busy practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive work environment. Position Overview: As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will work alongside the dentist and clinical staff to support a variety of dental procedures while helping create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient. Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist chairside during exams and procedures - Take digital X-rays and support diagnostic evaluations - Prepare treatment rooms and organize instruments prior to appointments - Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection control protocols - Assist with preventive, restorative, and general dental treatments - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and home care techniques - Help with scheduling, patient communication, and additional front-office duties as needed Qualifications: - Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license - Comfortable working closely with patients in a clinical environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team setting - Reliable, professional, and motivated - Experience with dental software is preferred but not required Benefits: - Competitive compensation based on experience - Supportive and team-focused workplace culture - Opportunities for continued learning and career growth - Modern office dedicated to quality patient care If you are looking for a practice that values professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding patient service, we encourage you to apply.
