Treatment Coordinator / Front Office – Full Time Dentistry for Life Dentistry for Life is excited to welcome an experienced, friendly, motivated, and professional Treatment Coordinator / Front Office Team Member to join our growing team full time. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, compassionate, and confident discussing treatment and financial arrangements while delivering outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism. Responsibilities: Present and explain treatment plans to patients Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial options Schedule appointments and maintain patient follow-up Coordinate communication between patients and doctors Deliver excellent customer service and patient care Assist with front office responsibilities including phones, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication Qualifications: Dental office experience REQUIRED Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office Office Hours: Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation & Benefits: Compensation based on experience 401(k) benefits available Bonus structure available Supportive and welcoming team environment If you are passionate about patient care and are looking for a positive, long-term opportunity with a team that values professionalism and kindness, we would love to hear from you.
