Dental Assistant Family-Owned, 3rd Generation General Dental Practice – Downtown Orlando We are a warm, patient-focused, third-generation family dental practice located in the heart of Orlando. Our office has proudly served the community for decades. We are currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our practice. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Responsibilities • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC standards • Assist the dentist during general dental procedures including restorative, crown and bridge, extractions, root canals, and hygiene exams • Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos • Maintain accurate patient records and charting • Provide excellent chairside support and patient education • Ensure operatories are stocked, clean, and organized • Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, and lab cases as needed • Support front office and clinical team to maintain smooth daily operations Qualifications • Dental Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred • Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification is a plus • Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and infection control procedures • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer • Supportive family-oriented work environment • Long-standing patient base and community reputation • Competitive compensation based on experience • Paid holidays and vacation • 401k retirement benefits • Consistent schedule Schedule • Full-time M–Th 8am – 5pm, F 7am-2pm
