Full Time ASSISTANT Position at PRIVATE PRACTICE Office – HALF-DAY Fridays If you LOVE dental assisting and making a difference in people’s lives and want a dental HOME, this is the office for you! The skillset and qualities we are evaluating for this position are as follows: - Must have a current license for the state of TX or is working towards one - Team oriented mindset is a must - Passionate about the benefits of excellent dentistry - Dentrix experience is preferred however we can provide training for an otherwise exceptional candidate - Proficient in taking Digital Radiographs - Warm and engaging with our patients and have the ability and desire to build relationships and establish trust - Self-Motivated to learn, utilize your skillset and openly participate/share ideas to benefit the practice overall - Be willing to proactively help grow the practice - Cross trained experience is a plus but we will provide training - Strong organizational skills - Strong work ethic Hours: Monday: 8am-5pm Tuesday-Thursday: 7am -4pm Friday: 7am to 12pm Benefits for you: -Paid holidays -PTO -CE reimbursement -Opportunity for bonus -Guaranteed hours -Working with an awesome, likable team that values teamwork and NO DRAMA!
