We are a long-established private family dental practice in Farmers Branch looking for a warm, dependable, and experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. Our office is privately owned (non-corporate), relationship-driven, and focused on quality care and long-term patient trust. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS - MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish Due to our patient population, fluent communication in both English and Spanish is required for this position. - Saturday availability required Candidate must be available to work one Saturday per month (half day). Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM One Saturday per month (half day) What We’re Looking For We are searching for someone who is: - Reliable and organized - Friendly and professional with patients - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented and proactive - A strong team player with a positive attitude - Compassionate and patient-focused - Responsibilities - Welcome and prepare patients for treatment - Assist the doctor during procedures - Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate charting - Sterilize and organize instruments and operatories - Provide post-operative and oral hygiene instructions - Support infection control and OSHA protocols - Assist with lab tasks and inventory as needed - Help maintain a smooth and efficient patient flow Qualifications - Active Texas RDA license - Dental assisting experience preferred - Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols - Good communication and computer skills - Coronal polishing certification is a plus - Experience with Curve Hero is preferred, but not required Why Join Us? - Privately owned office with a stable team - Supportive and respectful work environment - Long-term patient relationships - Consistent schedule with early Fridays - Opportunity to grow with the practice Please send your resume and professional references for consideration.
