**Experienced Dental Assistant – Downtown Dallas General Practice** Our growing Downtown Dallas dental practice is looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a modern general dentistry office focused on providing high-quality patient care in a professional, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. We utilize advanced technology throughout the office, including digital scanners, CBCT imaging, and in-house 3D printing, allowing us to deliver efficient and innovative treatment options for our patients. We are looking for someone who is confident in their clinical skills, eager to continue learning, and able to adapt to modern workflows and technology. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to create a welcoming experience for patients while supporting the doctor and team efficiently throughout the day. **Responsibilities may include:** * Assisting chairside during a variety of dental procedures * Taking digital X-rays and CBCT scans * Sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown * Fabricating temporary restorations and taking impressions/scans * Maintaining accurate clinical notes and documentation * Helping ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day * Providing excellent patient communication and education **Qualifications:** * Previous dental assisting experience required * General dentistry experience preferred * Familiarity with digital technology and scanners is a plus * Strong communication and multitasking skills * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to work well in a team environment **Benefits Include:** * PTO * Paid holidays * Week off for Christmas * 401(k) contribution We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our office long-term and contribute to a positive, patient-focused culture.
