We’re looking for a warm, motivated, and detail‑oriented Treatment Coordinator to become part of our growing team. If you love helping patients feel confident, informed, and cared for, you’ll fit right in. This role plays a key part in guiding patients through their treatment journey, supporting our clinical team, and creating a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do • Support patient understanding by presenting the doctor’s diagnosis clearly and accurately • Discuss treatment priorities and walk patients through payment options with confidence • Schedule and confirm appointments to keep our day running smoothly • Keep patient records organized and up to date • Work closely with doctors, assistants, and office manager to create an efficient, welcoming environment • Answer incoming calls with a friendly, helpful attitude • Make daily outbound calls to follow up on unscheduled treatment and overdue recare • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records • Build trusting relationships that encourage treatment acceptance and long‑term patient loyalty What We’re Looking For • 1+ year of dental experience preferred • A patient‑focused mindset and a passion for great customer service • A solution‑oriented approach to challenges • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication • A friendly, professional, team‑oriented attitude • Ability to work independently when needed • Experience with Open Dental is a plus • Availability to work every Saturday How to Apply Please email your resume along with your pay expectation to: [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info] As part of our hiring process, we’ll send you a short online assessment (about 30–35 minutes).
