This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, builds strong relationships with patients, and contributes to a positive team environment. We are looking for a strong lead dental assistant that would supervise existing office systems to achieve maximum efficiency. However, we will consider someone with less experience and invest in training. You’ll play an important role in supporting the doctor, ensuring smooth clinical flow via facilitating communications with front office and auxiliary dental assistants in addition to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
