Dental Assistant Job Posting

For over five decades, BGW Dental Group has stood as a trusted pillar in our community, dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care with a personal touch. What began as a small practice has blossomed into a vibrant, thriving office, but through all the growth, one thing has never changed: our unwavering commitment to the people we serve—both our patients and our team members. We are a bustling, team-driven environment where every individual plays a vital role in the success and atmosphere of the practice. Here, excellent patient care isn’t just a goal—it’s the foundation of everything we do. We understand that visiting the dentist can be a daunting experience for many, and we strive to make each visit comfortable, informative, and positive. Building strong relationships with our patients allows us to offer personalized care that meets their unique needs and exceeds their expectations. Beyond the chairs and examinations, BGW Dental Group is a place where teamwork and mutual support are at the heart of our culture. We recognize that a thriving practice is only possible when the team thrives as well. That’s why we invest in our people, offering opportunities for continuous learning, professional development, and career growth. We believe that when our team members feel valued, supported, and inspired, the quality of care we provide reflects that positivity in every interaction. We’re looking for individuals who share our passion for creating healthy, confident smiles and who are ready to be part of something meaningful. If you’re someone who values a collaborative environment, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow within a practice that truly cares, BGW Dental Group is the place for you. Together, we continue building a legacy of care that our community has relied on for generations.
