Dental Assistant – Castells Dental Group Tomball, Texas Castells Dental Group is seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable dental assistant to join our growing private practice in Tomball. Dr. Roddy Castells recently purchased the practice of Dr. James Geer, who served the community for over 40 years, and we are excited to continue providing exceptional care while building a positive, team-oriented culture. We are looking for an assistant who enjoys helping patients, works well with others, and takes pride in delivering high-quality dental care. This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice where your contributions will be valued and where you can grow alongside the team. Schedule * Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (with plans to extend to 5:00 PM in the future) * One-hour lunch break * No Fridays, weekends, or major holidays Responsibilities * Chairside assisting during restorative and hygiene procedures * Taking digital radiographs and intraoral photographs * Taking digital and traditional impressions * Fabricating and adjusting temporary crowns * Placing retraction cord * Seating crowns * Assisting with implant crown restorations * Sterilization and operatory setup and breakdown * Maintaining clinical organization and cleanliness * Managing clinical inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors * Helping ensure efficient patient flow and schedule management * Providing outstanding patient care and communication Qualifications * Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) required * Prior dental assisting experience preferred * Crown and bridge experience preferred * Implant restorative experience preferred * Eaglesoft experience is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented * Positive attitude and willingness to learn Compensation & Benefits * Competitive hourly pay based on experience * Paid time off * Paid holidays * Supportive, team-focused work environment * Opportunity to grow with a practice committed to long-term success About Castells Dental Group Castells Dental Group is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered dental care in a welcoming environment.
