We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our team and support our clinical operations. Position Overview: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, organized, and a team player. You will play a vital part in keeping the office running smoothly by assisting in sterilization, hygiene support, and facility maintenance duties. Responsibilities: • Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols for all instruments and equipment. • Assist hygienists with patient flow, room preparation, and operatory turnover. • Help ensure the office remains clean, organized, and welcoming for patients. • Perform other duties as needed to assist both clinical team. Qualifications: • Experience required. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
