What You’ll Do * Assist the doctor during restorative, crown and bridge, implant, and surgical procedures * Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit * Take digital radiographs and clinical photographs * Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment * Sterilize instruments and follow all infection control protocols * Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative care * Assist with digital scans, impressions, temporaries, and laboratory cases * Work closely with our team to provide an exceptional patient experience What We’re Looking For We are searching for someone who: * Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people * Is dependable, professional, and team-oriented * Takes initiative and pays attention to details * Wants to grow and develop professionally * Communicates well with patients and coworkers * Brings energy and enthusiasm to work each day * Holds a current Texas RDA license and X-ray certification Experience is preferred, but attitude, character, and work ethic are just as important to us. Schedule * Full-time position * Monday–Thursday schedule * One Friday per month required for patient care, team meetings, training, or office development Why Brown Family Dentistry?
