Position Summary The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume environment. This individual will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, communicating treatment plans and financial information with parents, and supporting the daily administrative functions of the practice. Responsibilities Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude. Schedule and confirm appointments. Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility. Discuss treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance coverage with parents. Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims. Post insurance and patient payments accurately. Manage patient accounts and maintain accurate records. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures. Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and fellow team members to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience preferred. Pediatric dental experience is a plus, not required. Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and claim processing. Experience with treatment presentation and financial discussions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
