Dental Hygienist – Part-Time (3 Days per Week) Location: Norfolk, VA Practice Type: Single-Doctor Private Dental Practice We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our established private practice in Norfolk, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values personalized patient care, a supportive work environment, and a flexible schedule. Position Details: *Part-time: 3 days per week *Flexible schedule: Candidate selects their preferred 3 workdays (Monday–Thursday), which will remain consistent each week *Competitive compensation based on experience *Friendly, team-oriented private practice *Long-term opportunity with an established patient base Requirements: *Current Virginia Dental Hygienist license in good standing *Minimum 3 years of clinical dental hygiene experience required *Excellent communication and patient education skills *Strong periodontal assessment and charting abilities *Ability to work independently and efficiently in a single-doctor practice *Familiarity with digital dental software and radiography Responsibilities: *Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance *Perform periodontal assessments and charting *Take diagnostic radiographs *Educate patients on oral health and home-care techniques *Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation *Collaborate with the dentist to deliver exceptional patient care and treatment outcomes What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and passionate about building lasting relationships with patients.
