We take care of our team first, so our team can naturally take care of our patients. What You Will Do (The Tech & Workflow): In this role, you are a core orchestrator of the clinical floor. You will work side-by-side with a doctor who respects your expertise and leverages your skills. • Drive High-Tech Workflows: Take true ownership of advanced clinical technology, from digital scanning and AI diagnostic tools to commanding our same-day CEREC ceramic design and milling. You will be able to design and mill restorations that are beautiful and rival even the best dental labs in fit and quality. • Clinical Organization: Help manage clinical inventory, maintain high-level organization, and collaborate with the team to ensure an efficient, smooth day-to-day schedule. • Empower Patients: Act as a critical partner in our new-patient experiences and personalized wellness coaching, helping patients understand their paths to lasting health. What We Are Looking For • Experience & Drive: An experienced clinical dental assistant (CDA or highly experienced non-certified assistant) who is confident in chairside workflows. • Tech-Forward Mindset: You don't need to be a CEREC master on day one, but you must be genuinely excited about digital dentistry, modern software, and learning advanced protocols. • Cultural Alignment: Someone who brings positive energy to the office every day, values open communication, and enjoys a warm, family-style workplace. • Note: While a Michigan RDA license is highly valued, it is not a requirement for this position.
