We are seeking a skilled, confident, and productive Associate Dentist to join our clinical team on Fridays and Saturdays. As we expand our availability to meet the needs of our community, this is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician looking to pick up high-production weekend days in a state-of-the-art office. Because we are a true full-service practice, keeping complex procedures in-house is essential. You must be fully proficient and confident in molar endodontics, implant placement, and surgical extractions. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive clinical examinations, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans. Execute advanced clinical procedures with high precision, specifically molar endodontics, surgical extractions, and dental implant placement. Provide a wide range of general dentistry services, including restorative work, crowns/bridges, and emergency same-day dental care. Maintain our high standard of 'patient-first' care, building trust and rapport with a diverse, family-oriented patient base. Collaborate effectively with our friendly, high-performing auxiliary and administrative team. Position Requirements Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Licensure: Active and unrestricted Texas state dental license (or willingness to obtain before start date). Clinical Expertise: Proven, demonstrable experience and proficiency in molar endo, implants, and extractions is a strict requirement for this role. Schedule: Permanent availability on Fridays and Saturdays. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a gentle chairside manner, and an alignment with our family-friendly, compassionate culture.
