$20 to $24 per Hour
Description
We are looking for a full-time oral surgery assistant for our single-location practice. We are a two-doctor practice with 5 operatories, and job requirements include setting up/breaking down rooms, setting up surgical trays, sterilization, taking PA/panorex/CBCT x-rays, and assisting for surgeries. Our primary procedures include wisdom teeth extraction, implant placement, bone grafting, exposing and bonding impacted teeth, and biopsies. Our current assisting staff have been with us for 3 to 20+ years, and are excellent at teaching newcomers. Previous experience or licensing as an oral surgery assistant is not required. We provide scrubs and pay for all required licensing, CPR training, etc. Benefits include a 401(k) with profit sharing, paid sick leave, paid vacation in addition to all major holidays, and an annual Christmas bonus. Starting salary is $20/hour minimum, but will be matched to experience. Staff generally work 32-36 hours weekly.
