Insurance Coordinator Needed Private Practice Dental Office – Matthews, NC--just outside of downtown Matthews. We are a well-established, modern dental practice seeking a Full-Time Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team. If you’re organized, patient-focused, and confident in presenting treatment and financial options, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Verify policies and update insurance data; uploading completed verification forms; Assist treatment coordinators with insurance data; prepare copays for all hygiene visits; communicate with patients about their insurance policies; able to assist with hygiene retention; maintain front office duties. Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of Dental Front Office; Enthusiastic personality that is willing to lean and grow with the team; Ability to multi task and stay on schedule; Strong work ethics; Have a positive attitude/growth willingness to help others; Flexible and adapt to changes; Excellent computer skills; High school degree, GED or related; Minimum of 1-2 years in a dental front office; Knowledge of dental procedures and insurance billings codes; Ability to work with limited supervision What We Offer: Consistent schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Competitive pay (based on experience) Dental benefits Health stipend + supplemental plans 401(k) Paid holidays & vacation Bonus opportunities Scrubs provided (after 90 days) Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of dental office experience Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with treatment presentation and insurance coordination preferred Join a supportive, team-oriented environment where you’ll have the opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
