You will have the clinical tools, team support, and consistency to build meaningful patient relationships, and do your best work each day. What You Will Do - Deliver prophylaxis and preventive care for pediatric and adult patients - Perform soft tissue assessments and oral cancer screenings on each patient - Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive habits, and treatment options in plain language - Document care accurately using practice management software - Partner with the dental team to create a comfortable patient experience Who You Are - Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Virginia - Current CPR/BLS certification - Experience with Dentrix, EagleSoft, or similar practice management software - Strong communication skills - Reliable, self-starter, genuine team player - Organized and detail oriented with a consistent, dependable work style About Konikoff Family Dentistry Located on Granby Street in the heart of Norfolk, our practice has built lasting relationships with thousands of patients across the community.
