Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant who is highly skilled in both clinical assisting and digital dentistry. The ideal candidate is a team leader who can support the doctor, mentor staff, and confidently manage digital workflows such as scanning and designing crowns, night guards, and other appliances Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures Take digital impressions using intraoral scanners Design crowns, bridges, and night guards using CAD/CAM software Oversee and maintain digital workflow processes Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards Manage inventory and clinical supplies Support patient education and comfort Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (lead experience preferred) Proficiency with intraoral scanners and CAD/CAM design software Experience designing crowns, veneers, and occlusal guards Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures X-ray certification Preferred Skills Experience with same-day dentistry workflows Familiarity with milling units and 3D printing Ability to troubleshoot digital systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities
