Director of Practice Operations Growing private dental practice in Charlotte looking for a strong Director of Practice Operations. This is a leadership role for someone who can bring structure, accountability, consistency, and follow-through to the practice. We are looking for someone who can work directly with the owner/doctor and lead key operational areas including business office systems, patient flow, team accountability, scheduling, KPI tracking, case acceptance support, brand standards, and patient experience. This is not a basic front desk position. We need someone who can look at the full picture, identify gaps, create systems, and make sure the team follows through. Responsibilities include: Daily operations and office flow Business office oversight Front office coverage and patient communication Team accountability and role clarity Patient experience and patient flow Case acceptance support and treatment coordinator development Schedule structure and production flow KPI tracking and numbers visibility SOPs, training, and systems Brand standards and office presentation Marketing lead follow-through and growth support The ideal candidate has strong dental office experience, leadership ability, emotional maturity, organization, and the ability to hold people accountable professionally. Experience with Eaglesoft is highly preferred. Experience with Dental Intelligence, Mangoovoice, Sunbit/Cherry/Carecredit, or similar systems is a plus. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Pay: $70,000–$75,000 annually, paid weekly Location: Charlotte, NC We want patients to feel welcomed, heard, educated, respected, and clear on their next step.
