We’re not top-down—we believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and we encourage ownership and initiative. - Modern, thoughtfully designed offices with advanced technology: digital scanners, in-house CT, 3D printing, and a full-time lab technician supporting a wide range of procedures. - A steady stream of patients—300+ new patients per month across two locations. If you are a good listener and communicate clearly, you can quickly build and maintain a full schedule. We are a fee-for-service practice, and we accept insurance. - A clear growth path. WHO THRIVES HERE CLINICALLY We’re looking for a dentist who is confident, capable, and ready to keep growing. Experience helps, but mindset and skill matter more. SPECIFIC NEEDS FOR THIS SEARCH We’re looking for a dentist who is both a cultural and professional fit with our team, who is available 3 days/week schedule - Monday, Wednesday and alternating Fridays. There is a possibility of an additional Saturday. Alternating Fridays is a must. Start date: Aug 10, 2026. We have ongoing outreach with potential candidates.
