FRONT (Dental) OFFICE MANAGER for General and Cosmetic Dentistry of SOUTH TAMPA- Dr Singh. 3112 W. Kennedy Blvd 33609 We are looking to hire a full time front office dental manager who has had 2+ years of experience working in the front office of a dental office, unfortunately working in a medical office is not the same. Our perfect fit is someone who is hard working with an upbeat and positive personality to be the face of the office! Who has experience with Dental treatment planning within Dentrix system. Who is familiar with dental accounts receivable, dental insurance companies, and dental insurance submissions. Friday is a half day. There until 1:00PM. Everyday the office opens at 8:15 for morning huddle. Pts start at 8:30 to 5. Wednesday 8:15 - 3PM. *2+ years experience working in the front office at a dental office is required for this position. Skills Required: *Schedule Patients *Treatment Planning and Presentation *Managing AR’s, *Dentrix Knowledge You are the first one that patients hear on the phone, and the one to greet them when they come in the door. First impressions mean EVERYTHING to us, and as a private family practice, we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. So great PR skills are important. You will be working with Dr Dave Singh who has been in our practice for 13 years.
