Our office is a modest, well-organized practice with a steady patient flow, established in the community for over 30 years. This position is ideal for a dentist who values a comfortable work environment, consistent patients, and the ability to focus on providing quality care in a long-standing Coney Island neighborhood practice. Our goal is to help every provider grow professionally and succeed long-term. Pay: $300,000.00 - $550,000.00 per year Full-Time/Part-Time/Flexible: Dentist (Medicaid Credentialed preferred) – Brooklyn, NY Location: Coney Island Ave Brooklyn, NY 11230 Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible) Full-Time/Part-Time Positions Available Benefits/Compensation: Estimated $800 daily or 35% of collections (whichever is greater). Competitive Salary/ Competitive daily guarantee plus uncapped production-based compensation Monthly or quarterly production bonuses Paid Time Off (Vacation & Personal Days) Paid Holidays Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling Consistent schedule Supportive team environment Positive work-life balance No evenings or weekends Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions Provide general dentistry procedures, including fillings, crowns, simple extractions, and preventive care Create treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and hygiene Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow all infection control and safety protocols Work collaboratively with dental assistants and office staff Requirements: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active New York State Dental License Preferred to be credentialed with Medicaid Experience in general dentistry preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy practice Respectful and patient-focused culture; we are a comfortable and well-established dental office serving the community for 30+ years We offer a full-time or part-time, stable Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility Strong patient base with consistent new patient flow Dedicated, experienced, well-trained staff Friendly and supportive collaborative teamwork environment If you're looking for a practice where your skills are valued and your career can flourish, we'd love to hear from you.
