Join our dynamic dental practice as a Front Office team member, where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our patients. We are seeking a dependable individual with at least 3+ years of experience in a dental front office to help us manage day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments using Eaglesoft, managing all patient facing communications , and providing accurate information regarding treatments and procedures. Your professional demeanor and strong multitasking abilities will ensure that every patient feels welcomed and valued. Our practice operates Tuesday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with a requirement to arrive by 7:30 AM to prepare the office for the day. Some shifts will include Monday responsibilities. You will enjoy a 30-minute lunch break during your shift to recharge. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including insurance, paid time off (PTO), dental benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Your hourly rate will be determined based on your relevant dental front office experience, ranging from $18- $22 per hour. Parking is available in the front lot, making your commute convenient.
