WHAT WE OFFER ● Competitive pay based on experience ● Performance-based bonuses and incentive opportunities ● Paid Time Off (PTO) ● A healthy work-life balance ● A supportive, positive, and team-oriented culture ● Continuing education and advanced hands-on training ● Career growth and advancement opportunities ● Work with cutting-edge digital technology and advanced implant dentistry ● A well-established, rapidly growing practice with long-term career potential Responsibilities ● Assist the doctor during a wide variety of general, cosmetic, restorative, surgical, and implant procedures. ● Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials while maintaining exceptional infection control standards. ● Take digital radiographs, CBCT scans, intraoral photographs, and digital impressions using modern scanning technology. ● Assist with digital workflow design, including intraoral scanning, digital smile design, CAD/CAM workflows, implant restorations, digital treatment planning, and communication with dental laboratories. ● Coordinate and manage clinical workflows to ensure patients progress efficiently through every phase of treatment. ● Serve as a Clinical Case Manager, helping guide patients from consultation through treatment completion while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. ● Present treatment recommendations, educate patients on their treatment options, answer questions, and help patients understand the benefits of recommended care. ● Support treatment acceptance by building trust, educating patients, and helping them move confidently toward improving their oral health. ● Work closely with the doctor, treatment coordinators, front office team, and laboratory partners to ensure seamless communication and outstanding patient care. ● Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. ● Manage operatory organization, inventory, equipment maintenance, and clinical efficiency. ● Assist with same-day dentistry, smile makeovers, All-on-X procedures, implant dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, and advanced restorative cases. ● Continuously look for opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and the overall patient experience. Qualifications ● Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience. ● Experience with cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, comprehensive restorative dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation is highly preferred. ● Comfortable with digital dentistry, including intraoral scanners, digital workflow, CAD/CAM technology, CBCT, and digital treatment planning. ● Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build lasting patient relationships. ● Experience with treatment presentation, case acceptance, or dental sales is highly desirable. ● Reliable, dependable, punctual, and consistent. ● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment. ● Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to continually learn and grow. ● Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating life-changing smile transformations.
