We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our patients. Position Summary The Front Office Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, highly organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced dental office. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional attitude Verify and update patient information, medical history, and insurance details Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Review treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients Collect payments and process transactions Manage patient referrals and coordinate with specialists when needed Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with recall and reactivation efforts Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient with computers and office software Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off Continuing education opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and professional development If you are passionate about patient care and enjoy creating positive experiences for patients, we would love to hear from you.
