We are a private dental practice in Rowland Heights dedicated to providing high-quality dental care with attention to detail and a commitment to our patients. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is kind, reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a collaborative environment. Whether you are an experienced dental assistant or recently certified, we welcome someone who is eager to learn, grow, and become an important part of our team. * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Biweekly Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM * Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. * Help create a comfortable and welcoming experience for patients. * Support patient communication and ensure patients feel informed and cared for. * Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment. * Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs. * Sterilize and maintain dental instruments in accordance with infection control protocols. * Maintain smooth operatory flow and support efficient patient care. * Assist with inventory management and stocking clinical supplies. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a team environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Current Dental Assisting certification. * Current X-ray certification. * CPR certification. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. * Supportive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. * Opportunity to learn and grow alongside an experienced dental team. * Modern, well-equipped office. * Complimentary team lunch every Friday. * Paid holidays. * 401(k) after one year of employment.
