Hours open to public: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 2pm Benefits: 32 hours paid sick days per year 8 National Holidays 1 week vacation time after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years Offered: A 3% retirement contribution match Front desk position for person experienced with: Filing dental insurance claims, narratives and appeals Familiar with fee-for-service, PPO, fee schedules, Networks - Zelis, Carrington, opt out's etc. Comfortable discussing treatment options, treatment fees, calculating out-of- pocket patient cost and payment options. Dental procedure codes. Scheduling appointments. Must be good with people - helping patients and working with a small group of co-workers. Looking for a person comfortable with all the tasks done at the front desk of a private dental practice. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE!
