Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Plano, TX $20-$27/hr based on experience | No evenings or weekends ________________________________________ What You Get • Consistent, predictable schedule Monday through Thursday, One Friday a month. • No evenings or weekends • One hour lunch break daily • Paid holidays and PTO opportunities • Supportive, positive team culture • Well-paced schedule designed for quality care, not burnout • Long-term patient relationships • Structured systems including daily huddles and team meetings ________________________________________ How You Will Succeed • Deliver high-quality clinical care with attention to detail • Educate patients in a way that builds trust and long-term compliance • Maintain a calm, friendly, and confident chairside presence • Support the doctor with precise and efficient clinical workflows • Thrive in a team-first environment where attitude matters as much as skill • Stay organized and on time within a structured schedule • Input notes in operating system. • Manage and maintain sterilization protocol as well as dental supplies • Skills with making temporary crowns, chairside assisting, coronal polishing • Have experience with intraoral scanning Our schedule supports you: • 1.5 hours for every crown patient • 1 hour for each adult recall • 30 to 40 minutes for pediatric recall • Daily team huddles and consistent communication ________________________________________ About the Practice At Hedgcoxe Dental, we are growing and intentional about who we bring onto our team.
