What We're Looking For • Experience as a Dental Assistant • A positive attitude and strong work ethic • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Someone who is reliable, adaptable, and willing to help wherever needed • A desire to build a long-term career in dentistry Bonus points if you have experience with: • Dentrix practice management software • Dexis digital imaging • Front desk scheduling, insurance, or patient coordination (we're happy to cross-train!)
