We are looking for a dedicated treatment coordinator at our established orthodontics and pediatric dentistry practice,w with an emphasis on high-end customer service. This position is primarily for the orthodontic TC, but experience in any TC role is accepted. We are looking for the most motivated TC who is willing to join a great team in a rewarding environment. Requirements: - Punctuality and impeccable work ethics. - Experience working as a TC for a dental office including treatment fee calculation and presentation. - Experience working with dental insurance and billing. - At least two Saturdays per month. - A good understanding of customer service and sales. - Willing to learn our patient management software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - MUST have a good attitude. Compensation: Base salary starting at $22/hour, will vary based on experience.
