Both of our doctors, Dr. Wagner and Dr. Fuller are kind and caring and are great to work for. We have an awesome culture of teamwork and support. The ideal candidate would have prior assisting experience, but willing to train the right candidate. Be familiar with Invisalign, use of a digital scanner same day crown design/manufacture, seating crowns and implant crowns, as well as general dentistry, digital photography, crown preps and assisting with other restorative procedures and customer service. We are also open to training a candidate with the right attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. We would love to connect with a short zoom or phone call to start, then require a working interview before hire. Skills are important, but most important is your personality and interpersonal skills. We are also be open to starting with a part-time candidate, with the role to progress into a full time role. Pay dependent on experience level, but growth is encouraged and new skills are rewarded.
