We're Looking For Someone Who: • Has 3+ years of dental assisting experience • Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented • Thinks three steps ahead during procedures • Takes ownership and initiative • Provides a luxury-level patient experience • Communicates exceptionally well • Remains calm under pressure • Wants a long-term career, not just another job • Is kind, professional, and a true team player Responsibilities • Chairside assisting for comprehensive dental procedures • Implant surgery and restorations • Cosmetic veneer cases • Crown and bridge procedures • Root canal treatment • Oral surgery and extractions • Oral sedation procedures • Digital radiographs, intraoral photography, and digital scanning • Treatment room setup, sterilization, and infection control • Clinical documentation and patient education • Helping create a seamless five-star patient experience Compensation & Benefits • $30–35/hour depending on experience and qualifications • Health insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid holidays and paid vacation/PTO • Continuing education opportunities • Monday–Thursday schedule with only an occasional Friday (approximately one Friday per month) • Beautiful, modern Beverly Hills office • Supportive, respectful, drama-free team culture • Long-term career growth and leadership opportunities About Dr. Jason Kboudi Dr. Jason Kboudi has over 28 years of experience in comprehensive dentistry and is passionate about providing high-quality, relationship-based care.
