Hybrid Registered Dental Assistant – Front + Back Office Hi Value Dental is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant who is comfortable working both front and back office. This is a great opportunity for a versatile, dependable team member who enjoys patient care, stays organized, takes initiative, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities -Chairside assisting and maintaining efficient clinical flow -Digital X-rays, intraoral scanning, and clinical records -Room setup, turnover, sterilization, and inventory -Assist with general, surgical, implant, and orthodontic procedures -Answer phones and schedule appointments -Check patients in and out -Verify insurance benefits -Collect payments and assist with treatment coordination -Follow up with patients and unscheduled treatment -Help maintain a smooth patient experience from check-in to checkout Qualifications -Active Texas RDA -5+ years of dental experience preferred -Front and back office experience preferred -Strong communication and organizational skills -Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented -Comfortable with technology and learning new systems -Saturday availability
