Smile by Smile is hiring!!! Our progressive, luxurious, state-of-the-art dental office in Duncanville, TX is looking for a Cross-Trained Registered Dental Assistant to complete our awesome team! Our mission is to provide the best care possible for our patients and we are dedicated in providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our patients and employees. The ideal candidate will: - Be highly motivated - Have great communication skills - Understand the clinical aspect of dental software and digital radiography - Be able to take care of the patients’ needs and concerns with compassion - Be willing and able to take on front desk duties when necessary - Bilingual For this position we would like someone who: - Has leadership capabilities - Has a positive attitude - Works well with team members. - Has incredible work ethic - Detail oriented - Is dependable and reliable - Is experienced with digital dental software and x-rays - Understands dental terminology - Will go above and beyond What We Need From You • A minimum of 1 year related experience • Any required state specific licenses or certifications • A current CPR certification • An active X-Ray license If this sounds like the right fit for you, please submit your resume.
