$30-32hr. Monday-Friday. Lead a mobile clinical team making a difference every day. Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice bringing care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across the Pico Rivera area. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE - $30-32/hr, depending on experience - Incentive pay tied to team growth, plus equity - Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and PTO - Leadership role with direct input into how your team runs SCHEDULE - Monday through Friday, daytime hours WHAT YOU'LL DO - Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures - Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization - Educate patients and their families on care and next steps - Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 2+ years of dental assistant experience - Active state-level Dental Assistant certification - Comfort working in patients homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office - Bilingual - Spanish Speaking LOCATION This role serves patients throughout the greater Picor Rivera/ Orange County area We'd love to meet you.
