Traveling General Dentist - Texas Multi-Market, TX Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics is hiring a full-time Traveling General Dentist to support DFW, Houston, San Antonio and Austin. This role combines a consistent five-day schedule with established patient flow, clinical autonomy and the support of experienced clinical and operational teams. What You’ll Love: - $180,000-$500,000 earning range - Daily guarantee plus tiered production - Sign-on bonus opportunities - Full-time, five-day schedule with alternating Mondays and Saturdays - Established patient demand with no need to build a patient base from scratch - Clinical autonomy with dedicated operational support - Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid CE and mentorship - Variety across established Jefferson Dental practices in DFW, Houston, San Antonio and Austin About the Role: You will provide comprehensive general dentistry across established Jefferson Dental practices based on patient demand and office needs. The role is designed for a dentist who enjoys variety while still wanting dependable patient flow, consistent systems and support at each location. What You’ll Do: - Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis and treatment planning - Deliver restorative dentistry, extractions and preventive care based on patient needs - Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health - Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and specialists to support efficient care - Maintain accurate clinical records and Jefferson Dental care standards - Travel between designated practices in DFW, Houston, San Antonio and Austin based on patient and staffing needs What You’ll Bring: - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school - Active Texas dental license or ability to obtain one - Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills - Comfort working in a collaborative, high-demand practice environment - Willingness to work across multiple locations and teams Compensation: $180,000-$500,000 annual earning range with a daily guarantee plus tiered production. Sign-on bonus opportunities and full benefits are available. Schedule: Full-time, five-day schedule with alternating Mondays and Saturdays. Weeks 1 and 3 are Monday-Friday, and weeks 2 and 4 are Tuesday-Saturday. Location: This role supports DFW, Houston, San Antonio and Austin.
