Dental Front Office Job Posting

Neighborhood Dental
Job Description
Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist
Be the first friendly face of a brand-new practice — and help build it right from the front desk.
ABOUT US
We are a small, boutique office, we provide nearly all dental treatment here with the latest technology (CEREC, Diode Laser, L-PRF, iTero, Invisalign, Botox, CBCT, implants, sinus lifts, hard/soft tissue grafting etc.). We have a commitment to excellent patient care and customer service while having a lot of fun in the office and not taking ourselves too seriously.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be the heartbeat of our new Neighborhood Dental office in Lincoln Square, Chicago, IL: the first voice on the phone, the first face patients see, and a key reason people feel welcome the moment they walk in. We're looking for someone organized, warm, and genuinely good with people to help launch this location and keep it running smoothly as it grows.
