We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Front Office / Insurance Coordinator to join our team! We are located in the North Fort Worth/Alliance area and are seeking a full-time team member.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM–2:00 PM

About the Position:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Front Office / Insurance Coordinator who is dependable, organized, confident, and able to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment.
The ideal candidate will:
Understand and embrace our practice vision, values, and culture and serve as an ambassador for our practice.
Have a warm, calm, and confident phone presence with excellent communication skills.
Have a minimum of 3 years of dental experience and be comfortable with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance.
Have strong knowledge of dental insurance, eligibility, benefits, estimates, claims, insurance follow-up, and patient financial responsibilities.
Be able to efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments while maintaining an organized and productive schedule.
Confirm appointments and effectively communicate with patients regarding their upcoming visits.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits and accurately communicate financial information to patients.
Assist with treatment plan coordination and be willing to learn how to confidently present treatment plans and financial options to patients.
Help collect patient payments and maintain accurate account balances.
Manage billing, insurance claims, outstanding accounts, and collections.
Be proficient in Eaglesoft.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and use professional, patient-friendly verbiage.
Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy.
Work collaboratively with the entire team and provide support to our business operators and owner doctors.
Be motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to the continued success of our practice.
