Description
DC Pearls Dental Boutique is seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience required Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licensure required Must be fully proficient in chairside assisting and standard dental assisting responsibilities Strong communication and patient-care skills Dependable, organized, efficient, and a team player Each RDA in this office has the option to work 4 days of 9-hour shifts or 5 days of 8-hour shifts Must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month This position is for an experienced dental assistant who can step into the role independently; on-the-job training will not be provided Offer: Competitive pay Competitive benefits package: medical, dental, 401-K matching, parking pay, vacation Flexibility with hours We are looking for a confident, experienced assistant who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and is interested in becoming a long-term member of our team.
